Does the registration fee include housing?

No, participants must make their own hotel arrangements for housing. We have made arrangements with local hotels to provide group rates. 

Are meals included in the registration fee?

Coffee, tea, water, and lunch are included in the conference registration.

Where will the conference sessions be held?

All sessions are held in the School of Education building, which is located at 301 Monticello Avenue, Williamsburg, VA 23185.

What airport should I fly into? How do I get to Williamsburg?

What do I need to bring?

If you have a laptop or tablet, you are encouraged to bring it. The W&M campus is wireless. You will receive instructions on how to connect to the network at the conference.

What is the dress code?

Dress so that you will be comfortable sitting for much of the day. You may want to dress in layers, as room temperatures are sometimes cooler in meeting rooms. Average temperatures for late February in Williamsburg range between 33 and 54 degrees F.

Can I register at the Conference?

Unfortunately, no. We must provide catering with a final number of attendees a week before the conference. 

Can I cancel my registration or send someone in my place?

Registration cancellations/substitutions must be received in writing by email and will result in a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be offered after February 7th, 2020.
