Math Days 2020
We have all had to make huge changes to how, when and where we are providing instruction and participating in professional learning this year. Nevertheless, we are making progress and learning!
While things are certainly different, and while we won’t be able to meet in person, we remain committed to sharing and providing just-in-time learning through hosting our annual W&M Math Days. More than a dozen teacher leaders and math experts in the field have developed short-synchronous sessions for you to engage with them as we solve real problems of practice in the distance, hybrid and in-person math classroom. Elementary sessions are organized around the theme, “Teaching for Understanding” and the secondary sessions are organized around the theme “Catalyst for Change.”
We hear you when you say you need immediate help navigating the challenges of online learning, remote learning, staggered opening, and gaps in learning. We hope you’ll join these interactive live sessions to learn and share with your colleagues.
