Professor Pamela Eddy Edits Volume on Learning

New Directions for Higher EducationProfessor Pamela Eddy edited a recent volume in the New Directions for Higher Education series titled Connecting Learning Across the Institution.  The volume seeks to break down silos in research on learning and builds from a variety of perspectives of higher education participants.  The articles in the volume address issues of learning from various stakeholder points of view: the integration of learning within and among groups of students, faculty, leaders, and the institution; transferability of approaches of learning among stakeholders; and creation of a larger learning theory with multiple applications. Contributors to the volume include higher education scholars with William and Mary connections, including former faculty members Professor emeritus David Leslie and Dr. Roger Baldwin, current faculty members Dr. James Barber and Dr. Pamela Eddy, and alumnae Dr. Shannon Chance.  The volume is available from Wiley Online Library.
