Task Force Action Plan

Over the course of the Spring 2019 semester, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force will work toward a final report to the dean by June 30, 2019. The committee has outlined the following steps:

  1. Complete an internal assessment to identify themes and areas for improvement. (By Feb. 7)
  2. Consult with an external reviewer to affirm/refute internal review findings and make recommendations based on identified themes. (By Feb. 27)
  3. Develop aspiration statements and action steps. (By Mar. 15)
  4. Develop SMART goals associated with the identified areas for improvement. (By May 1)
  5. Report with SMART goals and recommendations to Dean Niles. (By June 1)
  6. Submit Final Report to Dean Niles to be shared with President Rowe and Provost Halleran. (By June 30)
