Task Force Action Plan
Over the course of the Spring 2019 semester, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force will work toward a final report to the dean by June 30, 2019. The committee has outlined the following steps:
- Complete an internal assessment to identify themes and areas for improvement. (By Feb. 7)
- Consult with an external reviewer to affirm/refute internal review findings and make recommendations based on identified themes. (By Feb. 27)
- Develop aspiration statements and action steps. (By Mar. 15)
- Develop SMART goals associated with the identified areas for improvement. (By May 1)
- Report with SMART goals and recommendations to Dean Niles. (By June 1)
- Submit Final Report to Dean Niles to be shared with President Rowe and Provost Halleran. (By June 30)
