What is the National Curriculum Networking Conference? 

The Center for Gifted Education's annual National Curriculum Networking Conference (NCNC) offers sessions on curriculum, instruction, programming, assessment, and advocacy for high-ability and gifted learners. NCNC also provides opportunities for networking and highlights of the newest materials, practices, and curriculum approaches that are responsive to the needs of advanced students.

NCNC24 is an in-person conference that will be held on March 20 - 21, 2024 at the William & Mary's School of Education. 

This year's theme is Relax, Reconnect, Recharge!

We know that it is tough to be an educator lately. We hear you and have designed this year's NCNC to cater to teachers. 

We want you to RELAX!

• We will provide plenty of coffee, a catered lunch, and an ice cream social.
• We will have networking sessions that are fun games, relaxing crafts, and/or a time to breathe.
• There is plenty of transition and break time built into the schedule so you won't feel rushed.

We want you to RECONNECT!

• We want you to meet other gifted educators from around the state and country.
• We want you to network, share ideas, and have fun doing it.
• We want you to eat lunch with your team mates and not have to rush.
• We want you to build a winning trivia team and win some prizes.

We want you to RECHARGE!

• Your battery is low and we want you to recharge.
• We want you to get re-invigorated and re-inspired. 
• We want you to remember why you got into education in the first place.
• We want you to feel appreciated and supported.
