APSI Online Format
The online APSI sessions will run as online classes that run for 4 days the week scheduled. Participants will have access to the online course from the week before class starts through the week after the class ends. Courses will run through William & Mary's Learning Management System(LMS), Blackboard Ultra with integrated Zoom video meetings.
Instructors will provide a mix of synchronous live Zoom meetings and asynchronous content each day. Participants can expect a minimum ratio of 60/40 synchronous/asynchronous instruction. Participants will receive the required 30 hours of instruction within the week. Be prepared to be on live Zoom meetings from 8:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. Eastern each day.
Instructors will communicate when their live Zoom meeting will occur each day as well as their scheduled office hours when they are available for questions and individual meetings if needed.

7:30 - 8:00 a.m. - Check in & Coffee
8:00 - 11:30 a.m. - Morning Session
11:30 - 12:30 p.m. - Lunch (included with registration)
12:30 - 4:15 p.m. - Afternoon Session
