Introducing the W&M Leadership for Change Academy! 

William & Mary Leadership for Change Academy

The W&M Leadership for Change Academy is an immersive program empowering young leaders through leadership development, debate, and history. Rooted in William & Mary’s tradition of civic engagement and academic excellence, the academy invites students to explore how leadership has shaped key moments in history—and how those lessons can inspire meaningful change today. 

Through interactive workshops, historical case studies, hands-on debates, and team-based challenges, students will improve their communication skills, deepen their understanding of influential leaders and movements, and learn to analyze complex issues from diverse perspectives. Participants will graduate with increased confidence, sharper critical thinking, and the tools to lead with integrity, innovation, and purpose. 

Whether passionate about public service, intrigued by historic leadership, or motivated to advocate for change, the Leadership for Change Academy provides a transformative experience, inspiring students to become thoughtful, informed, and impactful community leaders.

Camp Pricing

Residential $2,499

*Residential Program includes housing, meals, activities, field trip fees and 6 hours of instruction per day.
