Dr. Mihyeon Kim serves as the Director of Camp Launch as well as Director of Precollegiate Learner Programs for the Center for Gifted Education (CFGE) at the College of William and Mary. Dr.Kim has overseen the expansion of the CFGE Summer/Saturday Enrichment Program (SEP) to Richmond, Virginia as well as increased the number of students participating in the current programs. She received her Ed.D. from the College of William and Mary. She also holds a Ph.D. in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University. Her research interests encompass talent development, career development of gifted students, creativity, and social and emotional roles in talent development.
Conor Dibble is the Administrative Operations Specialist for Camp Launch in the Center for Gifted Education (CFGE) at the College of William and Mary. Conor earned a B.S. in Health, Fitness and Recreation Resources with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from George Mason University. He worked in the childcare/recreation field in Northern Virginia and Williamsburg prior to joining the Camp Launch team.
Portia Hightower is the Precollegiate Program Coordinator for Saturday/Summer Enrichment Programs and Focusing on the Future in the Center for Gifted Education (CFGE) at the College of William and Mary.
