Take Ten Gratitude Events

Take ten minutes (or more!) to unwind and connect.

As part of W&M Education Week, join us for daily afternoon activities designed to help students, faculty and staff de-stress and make deeper connections with the community. We'll have a series of activities and treats every afternoon, Monday through Thursday, to show gratitude for the extraordinary work that the practicing and aspiring educators in our community are doing.

Download the Grounding Technique Wellness Menu
Do you ever find yourself looking for ways to ground yourself in the moment, but feel like you don’t have time? The wellness menu attached has five options for grounding activities that take less than 10 minutes and can be done almost anywhere.

Download the Wellness Wheel
Sometimes we get so busy we forget to check in on the various areas of our life that contribute to our overall wellness. The wellness wheel is a tool that helps us to do a quick check in with ourselves. By identifying areas in which we have room for growth, we can be intentional about increasing our self-care related to those areas. This wellness wheel activity from theblissfulmind.com will help you get started!

**All treats and activities are first-come, first-served.
**We're grateful for the generous partnerships with the Muscarelle Museum and the Flanagan Counselor Education Clinic.
