Amy Colley
Center Co-PI
Dr. Colley is the Executive Director of the School-University Research Network (SURN) at the William & Mary School of Education. She has extensive experience in K-12 education as a teacher, principal, and central office administrator in both rural and suburban school divisions in Virginia. The heart of her work is leadership development in schools and systems, focusing on the kind of leadership necessary to shepherd schools and their teachers toward innovation and deeper learning in times of swift change.
