This site provides an alphabetic list of links to author and illustrator biographies. Each biography includes background, quotes, and a list of works done by the author or illustrator. Each title is followed by a brief summary of the book.
Reading Rcokets: Books and Authors
The Reading Rockets site provides links to author interviews, themed book lists, award winning books, and resources for finding great books for kids.
Three to six authors write a special "Dear Reader" note to children and young adults as a way to get to know them and their novels in a very personal way. In each KidsBuzz note will be invitations to join contests, get free books or bookplates or bookmarks, read personal stories, and more.
