Jeffrey Jackson represents the School of Education at state forum on innovative research
Jeffrey Jackson, School of Education Ph.D. candidate in the Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership Program, presented a paper on organizational citizenship behaviors, collective teacher efficacy, and student achievement in elementary schools along with five other W&M grad students who presented innovative research at the prestigious Fifth Annual Graduate Student Research Forum in Richmond on March 4.
Jackson currently serves as Principal of West Point Middle School in West Point, VA. He earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education from Old Dominion University.
He said, "I consider my time at the SOE as the most valuable learning experience of my life. The faculty is exceptional and the program is designed to help school administrators to become more effective instructional leaders. I am certainly better equipped to meet the demands of my current role because of my time at the SOE."
