Bronwyn MacFarlane Ph.D. '08
Bronwyn MacFarlane, Ph.D. '08 has been offered tenure and has been promoted to Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Dept. of Educational Leadership where she is in her fourth year as Assistant Professor of Gifted and Talented Education at The Jodie Mahony Center for Gifted Education.
She has received numerous professional development grants to write curriculum teaching materials and work with teachers. Active in service to the field, Dr. MacFarlane was the nationally elected student representative to the SIG Board of "Research on Gifted and Talented" within the American Educational Research Association (AERA). She serves as a presidential-appointed member to the Leadership Development Committee of the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC).
Dr. MacFarlane earned her Ph.D. in 2008 from the College of William and Mary Educational Leadership-Gifted Education Program.
