Nicole Frohne (School Psychology)
Class of 2012 - School Psychology Program
I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I worked as a research assistant throughout my undergraduate career, which made me realize that I wanted a highly practical program for my graduate education.
The practical nature of the program at William and Mary is a key feature that caught my attention. As I had hoped, by the second week I was already out of the classroom and in the field interacting with children and observing practicing school psychologists.
Another thing I loved about William and Mary is the diverse group of students in the program. Not only did I have the opportunity to be trained by an experienced faculty, but I had the chance to learn from 11 other students that had had a variety of experiences that differed from my own.
I am certain that I made the right choice!
