The Masquerade Gala
Throughout
the semester, the GEA organization puts on many events for the students at the
school of education to enjoy. The latest
event was a masquerade gala, open to all students, staff, and 
faculty for free. This was a fantastic way for everybody to
relax and mingle with so many people that we may see in the building but never
have the time to talk to. It also
brought the different programs with different schedules to the same place at
the same time, which was really nice. I
know that my cohort and I all really enjoyed the atmosphere. The table to make the masks was fun, and it
was awesome to see everybody dressed up in their cocktail attire. It was great to just enjoy ourselves and I
know we all look forward to more events from the GEA!
