Academic Schedule Build
Please review the following steps for the Academic Schedule Build process.
- Previous semester schedule provided to Chairs
- Department chairs share with Program Coordinators.
- Program Coordinator reviews schedule with program faculty
- Program Coordinator reviews for conflicts and alignment with POS.
- Program Coordinator submits proposed schedule to Chair
- Chair reviews schedule for alignment with POS and faculty load.
- Department Chair submits draft schedule to OAP
- Dot Osborne processes.
- OAP sends entered schedule back to chairs for check and additional changes
- Chairs make changes as appropriate.
- Chairs send final schedule back to OAP
- Dot Osborne processes.
- Any additional changes approved by Sr. Associate Dean
