Academic Schedule Build

Please review the following steps for the Academic Schedule Build process.

  1. Previous semester schedule provided to Chairs
    • Department chairs share with Program Coordinators.
  2. Program Coordinator reviews schedule with program faculty
    • Program Coordinator reviews for conflicts and alignment with POS.
  3. Program Coordinator submits proposed schedule to Chair
    • Chair reviews schedule for alignment with POS and faculty load.
  4. Department Chair submits draft schedule to OAP
    • Dot Osborne processes.
  5. OAP sends entered schedule back to chairs for check and additional changes
    • Chairs make changes as appropriate.
  6. Chairs send final schedule back to OAP
    • Dot Osborne processes.
  7. Any additional changes approved by Sr. Associate Dean
