Raven Pierce ’23, M.Ed. ’26

Raven PierceRaven Pierce ’23, M.Ed. ’26 earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and will graduate with her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As an undergraduate, her research and artwork were featured in this article by the William & Mary Charles Center for Undergraduate Research. She recently completed her counseling internship at the Office of Counseling Services at Christopher Newport University.

Raven is the owner of Raeted Art and is passionate about “Raising A Voice Everyone Needs” (R.A.V.E.N.), a message she will carry into her future work in the mental health field. She is a published author in the Journal of Black Psychology with Associate Professor of School Psychology Janise Parker for the manuscript entitled: “A Single-Session Wellness Initiative for Black College Women: Integrating Expressive Arts, Spirituality, and Political Resistance.” 

In her free time, she can be found with her toddler and/or immersing herself in nature.
