Jennifer Hayes M.Ed 04 is Program Manager at USI Università della Svizzera italiana in Lugano, Switzerland. Her main role is to provide program and event support, as well as assisting with marketing and public relations for the Executive Master in Science Communication (MScom) program. Additionally, she also manages academic and professional conferences for USI and serves as the Executive Officer of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management. The Global Alliance is an umbrella association linking together all national PR associations globally. Jennifer has been living and working in Switzerland since 2006 and prior to her position at USI, she served as Director of Alumni Relations at Franklin College Switzerland, also located in Lugano.
