Math Day
SURN’s Math Day at William & Mary is in-person in 2024!
With expertise from Building Thinking Classrooms, the VDOE, W&M School of Education, and the field of practice, we’ll explore ways to move beyond rote memorization and repetitive calculations by engaging students in rich mathematics tasks that spark conceptual thinking and deeper learning.
Amy Chang, official Building Thinking Classrooms Team Member with a deep background of educational consulting, will lead a transformative keynote session.
