What's your favorite course (so far)?
My favorite course that I have taken so far is ELEM 312 - Characteristics and Legal Aspects of Exceptional Education. I enjoyed this class because I am passionate about supporting all students in the classroom, especially exceptional student populations. I am also currently enjoying ELEM 403 & 404 - Literacy Planning, Instruction, and Assessment, where we get to learn about teaching reading and writing while observing and practicing in a school.
What's your favorite spot in Williamsburg?
What's your favorite spot in Williamsburg?
I love walking through Colonial Williamsburg and going to the farmer's market every Saturday morning. On campus, my favorite spot is the Sunken Garden.
What's a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I did gymnastics growing up and have been a gymnastics coach for over 5 years! Coaching gymnastics is what got me interested in pursuing a career in education.
