You've finally made it!

Applying for Graduation

In order to be reviewed for graduation, you must first complete the online graduation application in Banner Self Service within your window of opportunity (see below).   Instructions are provided for your convenience.  Once you have submitted the application, any changes must be made manually by submitting a notice of candidacy form. 

The College has instituted a one-time, non-refundable graduation fee of that will be charged to your student account upon applying for graduation.  Changes to your graduation date will not result in additional fees.

Please Note:  If you have not already done so, you should meet with your advisor to make sure your program of studies and any required documentation (e.g., transfer credit, exemption/advanced placement) have been filed with the Office of Academic Programs.

*Culminating Experience for Master's Candidates

Not all master's programs have a culminating experience.  Students in Counseling and Higher Education must participate in an online exit survey.  Other programs include the Culminating experience (Portfolio for example) as part of a course that are due by the grade due date for the semester in which you are graduating.
