Joseph Boselovic and Northeastern University School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs professor Etai Mizrav have been awarded a $50,000 Spencer Foundation grant to lead a study exploring how public administrators in and around the education sector perceive the root causes of contemporary school segregation and who they believe has the responsibility and agency to address longstanding educational inequalities. The research will take place from in Sept. 1, 2026, through Aug. 31, 2027.
