ASIST Training Opportunity (in-person)
Summary
ASIST Training will be offered on August 27 and 28 in-person at the School of Education. Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is an internationally recognized, evidence-based, two-day workshop that teaches how to provide suicide first aid to keep a person in need safe for now.
Full Description
Becoming ASIST certified provides you with confidence, knowledge, and practical tools to intervene when it matters most. There is no cost for this training. You must be present on both days to complete the training. Lodging and meals are the responsibility of the participants. Meals will not be provided.
