Weddings at the School of Education
We are particularly delighted when alumni and friends of the university choose to hold their ceremony, reception, or rehearsal dinner at the School of Education.
Matoaka can comfortably accommodate receptions for 200 guests and the nearby Courtyard can easily seat that number for a ceremony.
Brides and grooms select and order directly from a list of approved caterers. We are happy to provide ideas and menu suggestions.
Included in your rental is our setup and cleanup of tables and red upholstered chairs in the reception room and white folding chairs for the ceremony.
You are welcome to bring your favorite deejay or band. If you prefer, we can make arrangements to provide a handheld microphone for your master of ceremonies and you may bring a playlist to play through our house speakers.
