W&M Teachers
Supporting K-12 teachers
Whether you are a school leader or policymaker, a novice teacher or a veteran of the profession, we all have a role to play in championing teachers and making sure they have the support they need. W&M Teachers, a new initiative at William & Mary, aims to:
- Support new teachers in the critical early years of teaching.
- Assist school divisions with providing high quality induction and retention programs.
- Offer relevant professional learning opportunities for educators in all phases of their careers.
Our program gives William & Mary graduates a way to stay connected after they leave campus – to school expertise, educational resources, and, most importantly, to one another.
