What's your favorite course (so far)?
My favorite course was definitely Social Justice Praxis in Higher Education. Higher education is currently under fire, so the readings and discussions helped contextualize how you can carry out social justice given the current political climate. What we talked about also built on many of the concepts discussed in student development theory, which helped link theory to practice.
What's your favorite spot in Williamsburg?
I would say two of the hidden gems in Williamsburg are Antonio's for Italian food and the Big Scoop for ice cream. Both are a decent distance from campus, but definitely worth the stop!
