About
Olivia (she/her) is a 2024 graduate of Christopher Newport University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is currently in the M.Ed./Ed.S. in School Psychology program. Her motivation for pursuing this field is to help children succeed academically and socially within school. She has a main campus assistantship position with Student Transition Engagement Programs where she helps with transition initiatives.
What's your favorite course (so far)?
My favorite course I've taken so far has to be Language Development and Reading Instruction for Exceptional Students. I enjoyed learning about techniques for teaching students reading and written language. I also greatly enjoyed reading and working one-on-one with an elementary student for our practicum experience.

What's your favorite spot in Williamsburg?
My favorite spot in Williamsburg is Merchant Square, it is a wonderful place to grab coffee or a bite to eat and shop around.
What's a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I love children's literature and hope to one day get my own children's book published.
