"William & Mary - the leaders, scholars, and friends I made - contributed to the sharpening and confidence building of my career. I knew I wanted to be a professor at the end of my Ph.D. but I didn't know how I was going to get there," says Ducharme. "My mentors across the School of Education and Mason School of Business, Ph.D. advisor Jim Barber, and many colleagues all opened doors to the diversity of professional experiences I was afforded while at William & Mary and beyond. My four years at William & Mary were an exceptional and life-giving time of my career."
