Bio
Debbie joined T/TAC W&M in July 2006. She has 30 years of experience in special education as a vocational evaluator, special education teacher, transition specialist, and technical assistance provider. She earned her B.S. in Rehabilitation Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She earned both her M.Ed. in Special Education and her Ed.D. in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership with an emphasis in Curriculum and Educational Technology from the College of William and Mary. Debbie's areas of expertise include e-learning, team facilitation, coaching, secondary transition planning, and effective inclusive practices.
