Bio

Courtney received her B.S. and M.S Ed from Old Dominion University in Speech Pathology and Audiology and her Ed.S. in Exceptional Education and Executive Leadership from Regent University. Courtney has worked in public education for the past 19 years as a Speech Language Pathologist, Instructional Specialist, and Special Education Coordinator for Elementary Schools and Related Services. Courtney’s work is driven by a commitment to equity,  communication, meaningful supportive leadership, and empowering spaces where every student can thrive.
