The Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership (EPPL) Department meets this challenge by providing exciting opportunities for graduate studies. The EPPL department serves Virginia and the nation by preparing highly qualified graduates to guide, influence and shape institutions at all levels of education and enhance the effectiveness of complex educational organizations through leadership, scholarship and service.
