Benjamin Djeukeng Ph.D. '15Benjamin Djeukeng Ph.D. '15 serves as the Dean of Administration at the Richmond Higher Education Institutions, which is a group of the following three institutions owned by Bon Secours Mercy Health in the Richmond area: Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing, Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital School of Medical Imaging, and Bon Secours Southside College of Health Sciences.

In his current role, he is directly responsible for the areas of accreditation and regulatory compliance, institutional effectiveness, safety and physical plant operation. In addition, he has served three different higher education institutions in various capacities, including application development, institutional research, assessment and institutional effectiveness (IE). He has also served as IE consultant for many higher education institutions and presented at the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) and the Assessment Institute of Indianapolis, and was a panelist at last year’s SCHEV NC-SARA Annual Meeting. He has also been a member of the AIR Data Policy Advisory Group.

"William & Mary prepared me to be the open-minded higher education servant leader I am today," said Djeukeng.

He cites the Dissertation Seminar as one of the most influential experiences during his time at William & Mary because it helped keep the dissertation process manageable.
