Every classroom within the School of Education is equipped with flexible furniture to accommodate multiple teaching styles (ex. lecture, seminar, collaborative groups).  All classrooms contain technology-enhanced teaching stations that include PCs with high speed Internet access, Hitachi touch screen monitors, high resolution document cameras, media players, and capabilities for connecting laptops and mobile devices to the teaching podia.  Additionally, all thirteen classrooms have video and audio recording capabilities.  The clinical counseling center is equipped with digital cameras and software that enables graduate students in the counseling program and supervising faculty the ability to observe and record live counseling sessions.  Collaborative technologies like lightweight desktop videoconferencing solutions as well as high end standards-based H323 video conferencing enable our faculty to connect and collaborate with colleagues from around the world.

Located on the second floor of the School of Education in 2071, the Technology Integration Center provides a space and staff dedicated to providing faculty support and consultation for integrating technology into teaching, learning, and research.  The Technology Integration Center provides a consultation space, a test podium for experimentation, and a design studio equipped with instructional design software and hardware for faculty and staff who are working on multimedia projects.  The Technology Integration Center staff is dedicated to providing classroom and videoconferencing support, one-on-one faculty consultation, assistance with instructional design, and targeted help sessions and workshops for the William and Mary community.
