1. Obtain adjunct faculty status and privileges, such as access to William & Mary's library and recreation center.
  2. Receive higher compensation for mentoring William & Mary students than regular cooperating teachers.
  3. Gain experience through collaboration with William & Mary faculty in co-teaching and mentoring activities in the Clinical Faculty Program.
  4. Develop knowledge, skills, and dispositions associated with effective mentoring of novice teachers.
