Teachers Eligible for the Clinical Faculty Program:

are full-time, K-12 teachers who teach in a W&M partnership school and who:

• have at least three years of successful teaching experience
• are nominated and recommended by their building-level principal
• exhibit knowledge of content and pedagogy appropriate for the grade(s) and subject(s) taught
• possess a positive professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• are willing to share their knowledge and expertise with a novice teacher
