Margaret E. Constantino is an Executive Associate Professor and serves as Director of the Executive Programs as well as Chair of the Department of Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her research interests and teaching focus include highly effective school leadership and the effects of school leadership on the achievement of students with disabilities. Dr. Constantino has been a K-12 practitioner for over twenty years, holding positions as a teacher, elementary principal, high school principal and district director of special education.
