Christine M. Baron
Chris grew up in Minnesota and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She and her husband, Jim, moved to Williamsburg where he taught at the College of William and Mary Classics Department for 34 years.
From 1990 to 2006 Chris worked at Walsingham Academy in Williamsburg in the Development Office. After her husband retired, she left that position, but returned to work at the College of William and Mary School of Education in 2007, due to her great appreciation for the institution and its mission.
Chris takes pride in the people associated with the College and its work to educate. She feels students should study in the School of Education because the leadership of our graduates is exceptional.
