Circulation Policy

Due to high demand, a new LRC Camcorder Circulation Policy is in effect immediately:

  • All LRC camcorders are available on a first-come, first served basis.  Reservations for camcorders will no longer be accepted.  If no camcorder is available, the borrower's name will be added to the camcorder wait-list; once the borrower is contacted by the LRC that a camcorder has become available, it will be held for the borrower at the LRC to be picked up within 24 hours.
  • All LRC camcorders will circulate for 1 week (7 days), no exceptions.
  • A borrower may extend their LRC camcorder check-out for 1 week (7 days) increments ONLY if they come into the LRC with the camcorder, on or before the original due date and ONLY if there are no current names listed on the camcorder wait-list.
  • Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a loss of LRC camcorder borrowing privileges.

All other AV equipment is circulated only to students and faculty of the School of Education and is loaned for a period of seven days.

Faculty often place items on reserve in the LRC for use by students in current classes. The circulation period for these materials is determined by individual faculty members and may range from one hour to several days.

The circulation of psychoeducational test materials is strictly limited to SOE faculty, School Psychology graduate students and to students who have written permission. Circulation periods vary.

Textbooks and teaching aids may be checked out for a period of two weeks with one renewal.  These items are circulated to students, faculty, alumni of the College, and teachers currently employed by area school systems, with priority given to School of Education students and faculty.
