Dr. Mihyeon Kim serves as the Director of Camp Launch as well as Director of Precollegiate Learner Programs for the Center for Gifted Education (CFGE) at the College of William and Mary. Dr. Kim has overseen the expansion of the CFGE Summer/Saturday Enrichment Program (SEP) to Richmond, Virginia as well as increased the number of students participating in the current programs. She received her Ed.D. from the College of William and Mary. She also holds a Ph.D. in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University. Her research interests encompass talent development, career development of gifted students, creativity, and social and emotional roles in talent development.
Lindsey T. Bauserman is the Program Coordinator for Camp Launch. Lindsey is currently a 2nd year Ed.S. student at The College of William & Mary in School Psychology. As a Program Coordinator in the Center for Gifted Education, she has worked as a Program Assistant for the Summer and Saturday Enrichment Programs. Prior to entering the school psychology program, Lindsey worked extensively with individuals with disabilities. Her research interests include cultural competency, behavior analysis, and traumatic brain injury.
