New Executive EdD Program in K-12 Administration

Summary

New doctoral program in Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership for K-12 practitioners. This program maintains the quality of the traditional W&M degree, but in a non-traditional format.

Full Description

The new Executive Ed.D. in K-12 Administration offers an alternative to the traditional delivery model for the doctorate degree without sacrificing the quality historically associated with The College of William and Mary.  Courses are taught primarily by regular School of Education faculty members, in a format that better meets the needs of working practitioners. This format allows students to earn their Ed.D. degree in less than three years!

Courses are offered on weekends, and in 3 week summer residency sessions enhanced with distance learning.

This new program will begin accepting applications in the Fall of 2010 for the Summer 2011 cohort.
